Alcohol Forbidden (81559-C2-R9999)
Add new resolution:
Whereas alcoholic beverages are the source of a lot of problems in society, specifically 50% of traffic deaths. 49% of murders and 60% of drowning, to mention a few, it is obvious the world would be better off without them.
Be it therefore resolved by the 2008 General Conference that the manufacture and sale of all alcoholic beverages should be forbidden. We specifically instruct all annual conferences to examine the laws of their geographical area and if they find that their local laws permit the manufacture and sale of any alcoholic beverage that they initiate an effort to make illegal the manufacture and sale of any alcoholic beverage.
