Central Conference Percentage Under 30 (81518-CO-¶13.1-C-$)
Amend ¶ 13, Article I.1 by adding:
Central Conferences that do not have the opportunity to elect more than one lay member and one clergy per Annual Conference (so that they have the opportunity to elect additional youth/young adult delegates) to represent them at General Conference, elect at least one additional person between twenty to thirty (12-30) so that it is given that at least 20 percent of the delegates that are sent to General Conference from this Central Conference are youth or young adults.

In some Central Conferences, only one lay member and one clergy member are sent to General Conference. In this case, it is almost impossible for young people to get elected to General Conference and there are only a 0, 50, or 100 percent proportion of young persons sent to General...
