Amend ¶362.1e as follows:
Supervisory Follow-up and Healing ... for parties involved. When charges have been dropped against a clergy person, that person shall receive benefit of all help afforded any other parties involved in the complaint process, to include, but not limited to professional counseling at no cost to that individual. In addition the Conference make regular payments to the General Board of Pensions (MPP) for the entire suspension period.
