Right to Health Care (81011-C2-¶162.T)
Amend ¶ 162 T) Right to Health Care as follows:
The right to health care includes care for persons with brain diseases, neurological conditions or physical disabilities, who must be afforded the same access to health care as all other persons in our communities. We believe it is a governmental responsibility to provide all citizens with health care.
Instead of saying it is the right of every person to have health care, we ought to use stronger language saying who we think is responsible for providing every person with the health care they have a right to. Lack of health care can lead to poverty and homelessness.
